I love the balcony...but some guests are very loud. Could you please just designate some areas with less noise...not necessarily meeting rooms.

Improve on mosquito control.why is there no net

Nice place n nice ambience but some staff are not interactive and the customer doesn't get the full information of the facility eg availability of WI fi, channels available on screen egdstv, how to go about using internal phone, availability of room service etc
